Made with aromatic baking spices, tangy autumnal apple cider fruit spread, and honey-infused Garrison Bros Honeydew Bourbon, this frothy cocktail created by Los Angeles mixologist Saeed House tastes like apple pie in a glass.

 1 ½ fl oz Garrison Bros Honeydew Bourbon
 ½ fl oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
 ½ fl oz fresh lemon juice
 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Apple Cider Fruit Spread
 1 pasteurized egg white
 1 orange peel
 1 cinnamon stick

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Garrison Bros Honeydew Bourbon, pear liqueur, lemon juice, fruit spread, and egg white.

Shake well until combined. Strain mixture into one half of the cocktail shaker (or small pitcher) and discard ice.

Shake again until the mixture is frothy and strain into a cocktail glass.

Squeeze orange peel over the drink to express the oils and add aroma. Grate cinnamon stick over the drink and serve immediately. Cheers!
