Frozen Mango Lassi

 1 cup mango sorbet
 1 cup plain yogurt
  Fresh mint leaf (optional)

In a blender, combine sorbet and yogurt. Whirl until smooth and pour into a chilled tall glass. If desired, garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
