Espresso Old Fashioned

Piero Procida, food and beverage director at the London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills, gives the classic old fashioned more smokey savory backbone by calling for espresso and using rye as the base spirit. A twist of lemon gives this delicious cocktail a savory lift.
