Dark Chocolate Sauce




 1 cup whipping cream
 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
 1 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir whipping cream and chocolate until smooth, about 15 minutes.
