 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 1 teaspoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce or 1 minced fresh Thai chile
