 2 oz AMASS Riverine
 1 oz lime juice
 ½ oz simple syrup
 ½ oz blood-orange juice
 ⅓ oz Broken Clock Vinegar Works Lemon & Mint Shrub
 1 mint sprig, for garnish

Fill a shaker with ice. Add Riverine, lime juice, simple syrup, orange juice, and shrub.

Shake gently and strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
