Bored by wire baskets lined with sphagnum moss, Todd Halloway, owner of Vancouver-based Pot Inc. designed these outrageously cool hanging planters.

The Hover Dish, made from powder coated galvanized aluminum, comes in five modern styles and six colors. Planting depths range from 4 inches (like the Dolga, seen above, planted with a mix of succulents) to the 8-inch-deep Bosa, suitable for your favorite perennials or houseplants.

We love our Dolga so much that we recently acquired a bright red, round-bottomed Emoda to use for a new project. Keep your eyes peeled here—we’ll post it as soon as we can! Here’s a hint:
