L.A.’s juice therapy

You know how you scoff at the $4 price of those smoothies-in-a bottle at Whole Foods? (But you buy them anyway.) How about $6.50 for a bottle of kale juice with a side of parsley? What if I tell you the apple and lemon make it not just palatable, but yummy?

You know how you scoff at the $4 price of those smoothies-in-a bottle at Whole Foods? (But you buy them anyway.) How about $6.50 for a bottle of kale juice with a side of parsley? What if I tell you the apple and lemon make it not just palatable, but yummy? And you’ll feel like you’re five years younger—in energy and enthusiasm—after you’re done with it? Think of it like a $6.50 therapy session, or a $6.50 trip to the spa.

While I was in L.A. I stopped by Pressed Juicery‘s Brentwood location to sample these elixirs-in-a-bottle. I emptied many. Now I’m trying to figure out when I can do their 3-day cleanse. For $70/day. (Again: cheaper than a therapy session.)
