With his 5 restaurants (and pie shop), Midas-touch Frank Bonanno keeps wowing, especially at Mizuna, Bones, and his new speakeasy, Green Russell. Chef Alex Seidel of Fruition (pictured) is among the city’s best, raking in national magazine accolades.
