Upper Horsetail Falls. It's a 0.5-mile walk from the base of 176-foot Horsetail Falls to the cavelike cleft in the rock behind Upper Horsetail Falls.
From I-84, take exit 35; drive 1.5 miles west on Historic Columbia River Hwy. Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area (above).
