Wills Fargo is an old California steakhouse and saloon, one of several restaurants located at Bernardus Lodge. It's perhaps as popular with the locals as it is with lodge visitors, which probably says more than we ever could about the classic dishes (think shrimp cocktail, Cobb salad, and prime rib) prepared with a light modern touch.
