The Sliding Centre is the place to be if you have a need, or at least a curiosity, for speed with no athleticism required: You go up to 70 miles an hour, rocketing down a huge ice track in a four-person bobsled or, for true daredevils, a belly-down and head-first solo on a skeleton sled (after orientation).  Take a free, self-guided interpretative tour.
