In the fall of 2013, Denver’s Zeppelin Development company converted an empty 1880s iron foundry into The Source; tenants include Babettes Bakery and the Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project, plus hot restaurants Acorn and Comida. The Denver chapter of the Slow Food movement has rented office space here.
