Open since 1952 in the tiny country town of Casmalia, with a gracious, light-filled dining room anchored by a glassed-in barbecue pit, so you can watch the cooks work as you eat. The food is simple, pure, and perfect, especially the beefy, minerally rib-eye. Great, fast service too.
