At the Teahouse, you can order from more than a hundred loose-leaf blends. Savor a cup while you enjoy sweet gluten-free, tea-infused tea breads, a grilled chicken sandwich on housemade sourdough wheat bread, or an oolong tofu Caesar salad in the Zen-like lounge, then buy a bag of tea to go. We like the genmaicha, a green tea pan-fried and mixed with toasted rice to create a nutty brew.
