Spago alums Karen and Quinn Hatfield have brought us the Sycamore Kitchen, a bakery and cafe in a former print shop. Every morning the counter is loaded with fresh-baked pastries like the killer salted caramel pecan babka roll and airy apple galettes that are just right with a cup of Stumptown coffee.
