The atmosphere at Stoneburner, the restaurant below Hotel Ballard, channels 1960s Italy: There’s the brick-and-mustard floor tile, the vintage wooden stools in front of a stone hearth oven, and an antique yellow meat slicer. But the real Italy comes from the pasta table beyond the rustic stone hearth in the form of, say, bucatini with Hama Hama clams, garlic, and pepper, or caramelized cauliflower agnolotti. Go early if you want to snag a spot on the tiny patio.
