There’s no better place to enjoy lunch alfresco than on the veranda at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas’ eco-friendly cafe at Springs Preserve. Yes, the capital of conspicuous consumption—the Strip—may be visible beyond the preserve’s trees and trails, but, spiritually, you couldn’t feel further away.
