There are more than 300 rums at Smuggler’s Cove, as well as a rum club for serious fans. Not quite a tiki bar--the establishment has a nautical theme but keeps the South Pacific kitch to a minimum--this is a place where mixology meets the mai tai with fresh-squeezed, perfectly balanced results.
