Ponderosa Stables can take you riding on a number of equestrian trails through South Mountain Park, but we’re nuts about the roughly hourlong sunset ride to T-Bone Steakhouse. After your cold brew and T-bone the size of a hubcap, your trusty steed is the designated driver back to the stables, with moon and stars illuminating the trail through the desert.
