Land on the patio at Nine Wine Estates' tasting room, just southwest of town, with some spicy rosé of Sangiovese in your glass. Local stone shapes the grand façade at your back, vines are leafing out on the ridges spread around you. It's enough to make a mystic one with the place--and a simple-pleasure hound very happy.
