M.Y. China

Restaurants

San Francisco,  California

Open kitchens are cool and all, but tack on live-fire woks and it’s even more fun to watch the chef. Especially when it’s celeb chef Martin Yan, whose Chinese palace with hand-pulled noodles and all manner of dim sum opened in the Westfield San Francisco Centre. It’s not Chinatown, but with about 200 seats and an 1,800-pound bell flown in from China, it’s sure to be a spectacle.
