This brewery-restaurant now serves such plates as grilled king oyster mushrooms with fennel butter, and housemade rabbit sausage with smoked-ricotta gnocchi. Mike Schnebeck brews about 40 beers a year, including the 10 on tap, and offers themed selections, like a recent tribute to barrel-aged Italian beers. Perfect pairing: Porcelain White IPA + pan-seared pork chop, cranberry beans, charred tomato, and watercress.
