Homemade hot dogs made with pronounceable ingredients? That’s a dog we can get behind. On the Town Square, Local restaurant gets the beef, pork, and game for its charcuterie, salumi, burgers, and dry-aged steaks from nearby ranches (this is Wyoming, after all). And it has more local beer on tap than anywhere else in the valley.
