Make a couple of cases with First Crush in Paso Robles. It starts with picking grapes, then moves on to weighing, crushing, and de-stemming. Come back within a few days to punch down the cap, then again to learn the ins and outs of blending, with your own wine as guinea pig. Create your own label and, finally, bottle your wine and take it home. (If you have to bail after the first day, Silver Horse winemaker Stephen Kroener will tend and ship your batch.)
