The splashiest addition to the district could be Fifty Seven, a dining venue located in the former Heinz loading dock. In
lieu of ketchup crates, Fifty Seven imports a rotating roster of culinary talent, with visiting chefs taking the helm on a
seasonal basis, including the likes of David Nayfeld, formerly of Manhattan’s acclaimed Eleven Madison Park. The company behind
Fifty Seven is hospitality group Cardiff Giant, responsible for a string of hit L.A. restaurants, including The Hudson and
The Churchill. Fifty Seven seems poised to be its next.
