Spaghetti and meatballs gets a makeover at Denver’s Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen. Chef Jorel Pierce, known for his meat-centric
menu, now has a vegetarian ode to the classic, topping roasted pulled spaghetti squash with mushroom croquettes and blistered-tomato
sauce. But that's not Euclid Hall's only creative comfort food dish we clamor for. Dishes like a brat burger served on a pretzel
bun, lamb pho, and curry corn dog are all sensational.
