The 23-acre City Creek Center has all the shopping-mall trappings you might expect (Coach, Tiffany & Co., Nordstrom) and some you might not. A trout-stocked stream (the eponymous City Creek) trickles between stores, impressive Vegas-style fountains erupt in sync with music, and, amid the gleaming novelties, at least one traditional, one-of-a-kind store endures.
