Chef Jeremy Fox did a stint at Ubuntu vegetarian restaurant in Napa, but he’ll show his Southern roots in his L.A.-area restaurant, two blocks from Venice Beach. The menu reflects both his Atlanta childhood and his culinary education in Charleston. Large windows make the indoor seats feel breezy, and there’s a small patio in front for eating alfresco.
