You can catch rays on a canopied rope lounge chair at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club and soak up views of the San Jacinto Mountains. After a 60-minute hot rocks massage, flag down a poolside waiter for a cocktail, followed by a catnap in a shaded hammock and poolside happy hour at the Amigo Room that can last until the wee hours. Some rooms are even dog-friendly.
