Dale Gardon Design specializes in the concept and creation of unique and regionally responsive master planned communities, mixed-use developments, public and private golf clubhouses, and luxury residential projects. The firm has designed the Verrado Main Street District, including the retail and loft apartments, and the Welcome Center. Recreational Design experience extends to designing Raven Golf Club at Verrado, the design concept for the Village Sport and Health Club at Verrado, and the Verrado Neighborhood Park Recreational Structures. Commercial Office projects include the 24,000 s.f. Market Street Commons office complex, and the 15,000 s.f. Stonebridge Commons office building, both located within the DC Ranch Market Street area. The firm has also authored and created several Design Guidelines publications for Master Planned Communities. The firm’s Luxury Custom Residential home designs are located in the exclusive areas of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, Arizona, including Silverleaf, DC Ranch, and Desert Mountain.
