master-planned communities, the 15,000 acre Valencia and the future 12,000 acre Newhall Ranch, on the company’s contiguous property in north Los Angeles County. The site for the 2004 Idea House in the custom home
community of the Estates at Westridge was developed by Newhall Land and is part of its Valencia Master Plan. Kevin Farr and Andy Hetzel head the Newhall Land team for the 2004 Idea House. Newhall Land is a Lennar/LNR company.
