Mike Blaha, the founder of HyMax Building Corp., along with the other members of the HyMax Building team possesses the patience, experience, and enthusiasm to ensure that the home building process is a pleasant one. Mike began his career in the construction management field in 1976. He has constructed hundreds of luxury condos and custom homes throughout the Beverly Hills and west Los Angeles areas. Mike and his brother Matt Blaha (longtime residents of the Santa Clarita area) are the developers of the Sunset Magazine 2004 Idea House. The challenge has been in adhering to the California Monterey Spanish style, while still allowing enough deviation to incorporate some exciting innovations and designs.
Working on the Sunset Idea House has been an exciting endeavor and great opportunity for the Hymax Building team. We hope that you enjoy touring the house as much as we enjoyed building it.
