Sunset’s 2004 Southern California Idea House, located in a new custom-home community in Valencia, embodies the rich
history of a Spanish hacienda-style home while using the latest building materials and finishes. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking an oak-studded preserve, its tile
roof, stucco walls, and deep overhanging porches recall the Spanish Colonial Revival styles built in Los Angeles in the 1920s. We have adapted the style for today’s family, working with national companies and local artists to bring you a home filled with exciting new products and innovative ideas.
