Anyone can refer a patient for acceptance into Shriners medical
programs. Patients typically are referred by parents, families,
physicians, and other healthcare providers. To refer a patient,
call the Referral Center at (916) 453-2191. Applications also
may be obtained by calling any Shrine Temple or Shrine Club
or by going online to www.shrinershq.org.
