Sacramento Bee Dream Home Showcase

The Building Industry of Superior California (BIA) presents its first annual Sacramento Bee Dream Home Showcase at Serrano. The Showcase features four fabulous dream homes ranging in size from 5,000 to 5,600 square feet and valued between one and two million dollars.

Inspired by the Portland, Oregon Home Builder’s Association’s Street of Dreams, one of the most successful and longest-running events of this kind in the country, the Dream Home Showcase hopes to achieve similar success, establishing itself as a highly anticipated annual event.

Our member builders, Kimmel Building, US Home Corporation, Kensington Homes, Inc., and the BDC/Judd Partnership have built homes that include the latest and most innovative features. Many of our trade contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers are using this opportunity to showcase their newest products, technology, and energy efficiency. We are especially pleased to have the Sunset Idea House as one of the homes on our tour.
