The two principals of Kensington Homes, Inc., Jeremy Bernau and Alan Knight, share a passion for homebuilding, which is evidenced by every home they build. From the initial design concept to final completion, they listen and work to achieve their client’s goals and desires with a constant eye toward maximizing their client’s value.

Kensington Homes’ innovative designs and quality craftsmanship have earned them recognition with the home building industry’s most prestigious awards, including several MAME Awards and numerous BIA Home Tour awards including “Best Dream Home,” “Best Home for a Family,” “Best Home for a Young Family,” and “Best Floor Plan.”

Jeremy Bernau is an active member of the Building Industry Association of Superior California. He has served on the board for four years and currently serves as president. He was honored to receive the Bill Mazza Builder of the Year Award in 1999.
