The Glidehouse answers a demand for fine design that's affordable, substantial, and earth-friendly. Much of the magic comes from the efficiencies of the assembly line. In about 19 days, a customized Glidehouse can be made for about half what it would cost to build the traditional way.

The house arrives complete with wiring, insulation, interior plumbing, built-in counters, closets, cabinets, vanities, flooring, and paint. After delivery, it takes about two weeks to bolt it to a permanent foundation and connect all services. Then it's ready for the welcome mat.
