Soil-filled planting pockets mimic the way wild species grow among scree in the alpine zone. Shasta daisies, pink Jupiter’s beard, yellow ‘Stella de Oro’ daylilies, and blue catmint grow in scattered clumps and clusters, as they would in nature.
