| Welcome to the Sunset Southwest Idea House Thank you for visiting our first ever, Southwest Idea House. Our Idea House program has taken us to many places in the West—Seattle, Portland, Denver, the Bay Area and now Arizona. We hope it is one of many Southwest-inspired homes we have the opportunity to share with you. There are so many unique architectural styles derived from the desert landscape—we could have a home filled with many new ideas for years to come! I want to thank DMB Associates, Brent Herrington, Drew Smith, and J.T. Elbracht for bringing this beautiful community to the attention of Sunset Magazine. Their vision and attention to detail has given Arizona a new landscape based on small-town principles and a return to traditional neighborhoods. Along with the folks at DMB, our team was comprised of local experts, Tony and Anthony Salcito of Salcito Custom Homes; Dale Gardon and Jamie Dundon of Dale Gardon Design, LLC; K.T.
