As a landscape designer for residential homes in the Southern California area, Nick Williams’ primary consideration when
creating gardens is to connect to and then spark the source of human emotion.

Mindful placement of architectural features, discriminating choices of hardscape and softscape textures, inclusions of Nature’s
four elements, colors and fragrances of
hand-selected plant materials are all precisely chosen and woven together to create dramatic outdoor living spaces.

In a collaborative effort for the first Sunset Idea House in the Southern California area, Nick Williams and Suzanne Manaugh of Nick Williams & Associates, together with Peter O. Whiteley of Sunset Magazine designed the garden plan for the new Spanish Colonial-style house.

It has been both a pleasure and an honor for our company to work with Sunset on its first Idea House in Southern California.
