The architectural team consisted of David George of David George + Associates and Martin Rincon of Architopia.

DG+A is a progressive architecture / planning firm dedicated to providing creative design solutions for residential housing communities. Founded in 1993 by David George, AIA, DG+A specializes in a broad category of residential community development throughout North America and the Pacific Rim.

This team created a home that respects the surrounding environment (both macro and micro) and the design philosophy as described in the Westridge Estates Community Design Guidelines. It takes inspiration from historical Spanish Colonial and Monterey architecture.

Strong relationships between the interior living areas and the exterior ones are fundamental design criteria. Additionally, integrating the aspects of how today’s families function with historical exterior design features were paramount to the design solutions.
