The Blu Homes factory is so big, workers use this bicycle to get from one side to the other.

Warmboard panels provide invisible warmth in the home and are compatible with hardwood, carpet, tile, and linoleum floors.

These are the hinges for folding up the outer walls of the Breezehouse.

We're headed north to the factory this week to get a behind-the-scenes look at the first phase of construction on the Sunset
Breezehouse. This factory is huge, as in 250,000-square-feet huge. Makes sense that there is factory bicycle to get from
one end to the other. By the day’s end, that bike was looking fantastic to me.
The steel framing is complete and the home’s three modules are framed. Installation of the Warmboard radiant floor heating is almost finished. This will be heating source throughout the home’s first level. Next, the walls go up and insulation goes in.
