Modular home assembly

The Sunset Breezehouse is built in a factory using environmentally-friendly building methods and materials. It can be built in as little as six months at a cost comparable to or below traditional site-built homes.

After its unveiling at Sunset’s Celebration Weekend, the Sunset Breezehouse home will be available in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, and Colorado.

The home will be built to all state and local building codes for any environment and season. It will arrive by flatbed truck, 90 percent complete, approximately six months after order. Financing is available.

The construction process includes an industry-standard warranty of two years on all plumbing/electrical/mechanical, and 10 years on structural and exterior finishes under a Residential Warranty Corporation program.

The side modules are completed in the factory including all interior and exterior finishes, as well as plumbing and lighting fixtures, according to your specifications. Modules are shipped from the factory to your site and set on standard foundations prepared by your local contractor. Utility lines are then hooked up.

The roof modules are built in the factory and installed on top of the side modules on site.
