1. Mound 1 teaspoon filling near lower corner of won ton skin. Fold that corner over filling.
2. Roll won ton to tuck point under mound. Moisten two corners nearest you.
3. Pull the two corners toward you and overlap one with the other in front of filling (back corner should point up). Pinch to seal.
