Learn more about San Francisco's acclaimed wine and food festival

Join in the fun at SF Chefs 2011, the third annual food, wine, and spirits festival held in the heart of San Francisco. Mingle with winemakers, master chefs, and more industry experts to learn about and celebrate the unique flavors of Northern California. The main tasting tent is set in San Francisco’s famous Union Square, where culinary and wine personalities will present tastings of local products. Classes and seminars are also offered to give guests an interactive experience with local farmers, ranchers, and more.

Some of San Francisco’s most influential chefs such as Hubert Keller, Tyler Florence, Charles Phan, and many more will be showcased at the tastings, cooking demonstrations, competitions, and seminars. And, thanks to San Francisco’s proximity to one of the greatest wine regions in the country, guests will also have the opportunity to learn tips from some of Napa and Sonoma’s best winemakers, as well as expert sommeliers, brewers, and bartenders from around the Bay Area.

Don’t miss interesting preview events in July like an interactive tasting of peaches and a family cooking class. Main events start August 2, leading up to an opening ceremony Friday night and ending with a grand tasting Sunday afternoon.
