Burritos may not have been around as long as the hauntingly lovely archaeological sites clinging to the canyon walls in Colorado's Mesa Verde National Park, but the breakfast version ― filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, green chilies, and melted cheese ― in the park's Far View Terrace restaurant is about as popular.
The final fortification is a cheese sauce poured over the flour tortilla jacket. It will keep you going most of the day.
