Put a seasonal spin on the classic cocktail recipe for the perfect holiday party drink

The Moscow mule is one of our favorite classic cocktails. Served in its signature copper mug, the drink—a combination of vodka, ginger beer, and fresh lime juice—has made quite the comeback of late. We gave the Moscow mule cocktail a seasonal spin for the winter holidays both in terms of flavor and presentation. Even though it’s not necessarily a batch cocktail, mixing this tasty vodka drink for your holiday cocktail party is easy and will delight your guests. Start with one cup of vodka. Add a half cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice, which adds a deep, tangy flavor, as well as a celebratory hue. Two tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lime juice gives an additional tart element. Stir the pomegranate mix together. Pour it over ice in Moscow mule copper mugs, along with some cold ginger beer. Top the cocktail with a small handful of pomegranate seeds, fresh lime slices, and rosemary sprigs for holiday festiveness.
